For mobile operators, Mobile Mode automatically powers down your radio after the vehicle is turned off and brings it back up when charging resumes — no relay wiring or ignition tap required.

Advanced users can connect via RS-485 and use the Sierra Radio Systems DCN protocol for full remote control, real-time telemetry, and complete parameter configuration, all backed by a free browser-based configuration utility.
